Are you looking to make a difference in your community? At Rebuilding Together, we offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, from home repair and outreach to skilled volunteer roles. Every bit of support makes a world of difference to families in need, bringing hope and stability to those who have experienced hardship. We’re always looking for new faces to join our Rebuilder family!
A wonderful example is Candy Lowe, who initially came to one of our Disaster Relief Kit Distribution events to pick up supplies for her mother. However, inspired by the event’s impact, she decided to stay and volunteer, helping distribute kits to other community members in need. Candy’s compassion and dedication were so inspiring that it led to an amazing opportunity: she, along with our program managers Amanda Powell and Lee Bien, is currently in New York to be interviewed by Kelly Clarkson on The Kelly Clarkson Show! Together, they’ll be showcasing the power of community, girl power, and our organization’s disaster recovery efforts.
If you want to make an impact like Candy, Amanda, and Lee, consider becoming a Rebuilder with us. Whether you’re lending a hand in home repair, engaging in outreach, or sharing your skills, every effort strengthens Tampa Bay. Visit rttb.org/get-involved to learn more and help a neighbor in need. Together, we’re building a stronger, more resilient community—one home at a time.
