December 4th Lowe's Project : Annie and Felicia Bennet
Annie and her daughter Felicia live in the house along with Annie’s three grandchildren. Annie is on disability after being injured on the job and her daughter bears the brunt of the financial costs to the home. This home is an ideal candidate because of the volunteer friendly repairs that can be made to it and the alleviation of financial burdens on the family.

Pamela Ward is a 52 year old widow of a Veteran. She is a disabled individual as result of two major back surgeries in 2007 which almost left her paralyzed. Her Husband, James Robert Ward, served for the United States Air Force for 25 years rank: E-5 (Staff Sergeant). They were married for 16 years before he passed away in April 2006. Mrs. Ward feels life has been one struggle after another since her husband’s death. She was once a proud, hardworking woman who worked her whole life before her back condition limited her movements. As a result of being such an independent woman, asking for help is something new to her. But Mrs. Ward is learning help is exactly what she needs to cope and deal with her life challenges and struggles.
