Victor Langston Director
The Home Depot
Victor has worked in the home improvement Industry for approximately 29 years, including 15 years with The Home Depot where he has held positions of Store and District Manager, as well as his current job-role of Regional Pro Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. Victor is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is also a resident of the Tampa Bay area and lives in North Tampa with his beautiful wife Trina. Victor and Trina have two sons, Tevyn and Tyler.
Tracy Griffin Director- Special Events and Public Relations

Mrs. Griffin has been a branch Manager at First American Title for more than 30 years. She currently works in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area and studied at Kent State University. She is also a Licenced agent for Health Life and Annuities.
Carol Austin Director
Carol is the former CEO of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS. She retired as of Dec. 31, 2014 after serving for 20 years as CEO and on the staff for 44 years. She holds two professional designations, which are Certified Association Executive from the American Society of Association Executives and Professional Registered Parliamentarian from the National Association of Parliamentarians. She is a past president of the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians. While serving in the U. S. Navy, she received the Navy Achievement Medal. She graduated from the University of South Florida. She is a charter member of Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay and has being serving on the Board since its formation in 2000.
Cletus Clark President

Cletus is an Integrated Media Account Executive for ABC Action News. He has been in TV, radio, digital advertising and marketing for the past 16 years. Mr Clark is member of Love First Christian Center and has been on the Board of RTTB since 2005. As a former world class 110 meter high hurdler he has traveled to over 20 countries. In 1985, he was ranked #5 in the world and in 1991 won the Pan Am Games in Havana, Cuba. Mr. Clark currently resides in Brandon, FL and has three children.

Anthony Baldo is an Executive Director for JP Morgan Chase’s retail bank. Anthony has been in the financial industry for the past 10 years and been serving on the board of directors with RTTB since 2014. Anthony graduated from the University of Rochester in 2006 with a degree in Finance and Political Science. Anthony resides in Bradenton, Fl.

Don’s 32 years as Licensed Building Contractor in St. Petersburg has been entirely devoted to building a community-based business serving homeowners and business owners in the Tampa Bay, Florida region. Certified by NeighborWorks America in Fair Housing, Ms. Natalia has been a housing counselor for more than 7 years. She assists with processing sale agreements and closing new home sales with the final goal of creating a great home buying experience.
Jose Garcia Executive Director
Jose provides dynamic leadership and guidance to ensure RTTB successfully delivers its mission. He brings over 24 years of experience in the non-profit arena and is responsible for increasing funding opportunities and partnerships with other organizations, foundations and corporations while increasing staff capacity and clients served.
Andres Izaguirre Director of Program Development
Andres is responsible for developing and implementing the development strategies for RTTB. In conjunction with the Executive Director, Andres also manages annual fundraising goals and engages sponsors in ongoing service activities.
Don Mourer Sr. Construction Manager
Don is a state certified contractor responsible for overseeing all construction projects at RTTB. He provides a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team by having worked in residential and government construction for more than 30 years.
Jeremy Twachtman Volunteer Coordinator
Jeremy handles volunteer recruitment and management. He’s also responsible for new partnership development, client outreach and community engagement. Throughout his life, Jeremy has had a passion for helping others through volunteering and service. In 2009, Jeremy started his work in the nonprofit sector in project management and to date has overseen the coordination of 13 summer camp locations, 46 staff members, more than 100 individual home rebuilding projects and over 5,000 volunteers.
